MICROGUARD® LR filters feature proprietary E-Pleat® media technology for high efficiency applications. For applications needing higher efficiency than ASHRAE products that can easily retrofit into HVAC systems.
The MICROGUARD® LR product line is comprised of four standard sizes. All filters utilize proprietary E-Pleat® technology, which molds filtration media into a series of pre-formed channels that direct the air smoothly through the filter, allowing for even loading and complete media utilization.
This product provides 98.5% removal efficiency on 0.3 micron particle low resistance. E-pleat media technology MICROGUARD LR can be used in a wide range of high efficiency air requirements to replace typical MERV 13.16 applications, also in mist collection systems for turning, milling and grinding machinery processes using soluble oil and even water-based cooling fluids.
